Ask Lila About Oils

This weeks question comes from Tahira West of Pure Peace Life Coaching (www.purepeacelifecoaching.com). Tahira is hosting a Spring Forward coaching program and asked, "What are some good oils for springing forward?"

Immediately, my mind went to orange, Citrus Fresh & other cheerful, perky oils. Then, I realized that she was looking for recommendations for the participants of her coaching practice who are going to be springing forward into bigger goals. That's when I realized that we need emotional oils. We need oils for fear, anxiety & self doubt. Below are general recommendations for oils to work through these challenges. Fear: Bergamot, clary sage, Roman Chamomile, cypress, geranium, juniper, marjoram, myrrh, spruce, orange, sandalwood, rose, ylang ylang, Valor, Present Time, Hope, White Angelica, Trauma Life, Gratitude, Highest Potential
